Defending Gay Rights in America!

In Hunter v. Erickson, 393 U.S. 385 (1969), the Supreme Court ruled that religious discrimination against one particular group would be the worse form of unconstitutional expression of religious intolerence. Therefore, discrimination on grounds of sexual preference is, in its nature, a form of religious intolerence.

Furthermore, the central principles of the Fourteenth Amendment: the nationalization of the protection of basic human rights and equal protection, must include that gays and lesbians be entitled not only to equal respect for their basic rights, but to suspect classification analysis. In fact, throughout history homosexuals have suffered indignities resting both on the abridgment of basic rights(nationally owed all persons) and on the wholly inadequate grounds of the basis which they have been unjustly treated throughout history.

So when you read such statements like [1]"homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God" in the Bible, one cannot help but ascertain how anyone living in the flesh could ever conceive such a thought, especially if he or she has never looked into the face of GOD. As a result, I recommend all people learn to relinquish their hate and discrimination towards same-sex loving people, and allow us the right to be happy, without the evils you have demonstrated against us since Karl Maria Benkart established the term homosexual, in 1869.

Otherwise, we all may as well be back in our worse era of existence, "human oppression and slavery."
