Defending The Right To Love
Hello, Brothers and Sisters,
I’m writing in response to the issue of same-sex marriage. Reluctantly, this is causing great division in our country, and I’m interested in hearing your feedback on the subject. As a result, I have provided some very interesting information that I think deserves your full undivided attention. Simply because, as someone who has placed great trust in "the Word", many of us have been misled to believe we are not worthy of being loved; let alone worthy of loving another. Yet, I cannot help but bring to mind that so many of us have failed to whole hearted trust in God Almighty.
Contrary to what has been told, shared in secret, or even demonstrated via satellite, there is something greater than us all.
So, if I may have your attention and convey some thoughts, perhaps it may help eliminate some of the confusion. But first, I must bring to mind words conveyed by Paul, James, Jude, Mark, and Matthew, which can be found in I Corinthians 6:9, which as you know has been revised more than 2400 times, and published in over 600 languages.
However, not each publisher has conveyed the scripture the same. In fact, let me remind you, that before 1970, the term "homosexual" was not used in any Bible. Originally, the scripture never conveyed anything about homosexuality; at least not until Zondervan publishing implemented the term in its Bibles in 1970. Afterwards, the term was debated and often omitted, revised, and reimplemented. And this is why many Bibles published in 2008, 2009, 2010, include the connotation that homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God.
As a result, you will find several Bibles published by the same corporation that read completely opposite on this very issue.
Sadly, these publishers continue to neglect to review the text, because had they done so, they would known that Ecclesiastes 3:21 and Romans 10: 6 & 7 teaches us: that no one knows who goes up to heaven or who goes to the world below. Or that in I Corinthians 2: 14 it teaches us: the natural man doesn’t understand the things of God nor can he know them because he is spiritually discerned.
Therefore, how can anyone convey that homosexuals wouldn’t inherit the kingdom of God? They cannot, unless they are one of the fallen angels, who was forced back down to earth in darkness and placed in chains, as it is written in Jude 1: 6; because they didn’t believe in God before they died.
Even more are you aware that in II Peter 1: 20, teaches: there is no interpretation for the Scriptures, for the scriptures came by the will of men who spoke of the Holy Ghost. And that in Revelation 22: 18 & 19 it says: no one is to add to the words of the scriptures or change any words of the scriptures.
Interestingly, that dittography can also be found in Deuteronomy 4:2.
Funny thing though, Romans 3: 28 teaches us that we are justified by faith without the deeds of the law. And, Romans 3: 20 teaches us: Therefore by the deeds of law there is no flesh justified in his sight: for the by the law is the knowledge of sin.
That is why Paul wrote in his letter [Epistle] to the Romans that God created each of us to be unrighteous, wicked, murderous, debaters, full of envy, male sleeping with males and women sleeping with women, without understanding, back biters, haters of God, despiteful, gainsayers, and the many other things listed in Romans 1: 22- 2:1, because we are all the same.
Even more, it is written in Romans 2:12, that those who live without the law will be judged without the law, and those who live by the law will be judged by the law, because God never gave us a law. In fact, if you read the text thoroughly, Jesus declared that he would be a God to those who didn’t believe in His father, and he would write his laws in their hearts and minds [See John 6:38-40].
Perhaps that's why John 13: 34 teaches us that Jesus gave us a new commandment: Love one another as he as loved us, and if we do so we have fulfilled the law.
Sadly, many have taken the text and used it to teach hate.
I guess that why when you look at I Timothy 4: 4 you learn: that every creature of God is good. That’s why Timothy stated in II Timothy 4:3: For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers and they shall turn them away from the truth and turn them unto fables[lies]. Additionally, the scripture teaches us: For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as it is written in I Corinthians 14: 33.
Yet, so many allow the scriptures to be spoken and taught in vain, while they debate the rights of private citizens, based solely on opinions.
So this is why I must point out that these are the teachings of our ancestry, and again, the scriptures have been revised more than 2400 times; published in 600 languages. This is why we have so many different branches of Christianity. 23 to be exact. Nevertheless, luckily, the First Amendment protects each and every persons right, not to be bombarded by the religious rights of others. Therefore, this is why we have same-sex marriage.
In fact, the United States Constitution Bill of Rights employs that “No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”
This is our 14th Amendment right. Therefore, same-sex marriage is within this justification of equal protection of the law. After all, the freedom of right to religious belief is individually. This means, you have your right to your belief and I have mine, It also means that you cannot deprive me of my right to freedom and vice-versa.
Sadly, this is one of the issues our church faces today. The law was given to protect the rights of all citizens. Moreover, God never asked us to rally anyone to praise and worship him, this is our voluntary will. Therefore, we shouldn't mistreat anyone based on our opinions about their sexual orientation.
After all, how can we instruct anyone on the word if we lack clarity ourselves?
So in closing, I have one more thing to share: the angels that assist you each and every day are there for a reason. Please don’t be deceived by those who have fallen away from God and turned to follow Belial, Koran, Seth, and or Liliath; who seeks to only destroy, kill, and divide and conquer. Our nation has seen enough brutality, isn’t it time we regain our peace?

United We Stand
Finally, another year is behind us and a new one has begun. But sadly, we're still faced with unresolved issues from the year before. Take for instance: Don't Ask Don't Tell. This repeal is still being debated by countless organizations, as if this was the worst change in history. Yet what baffles me is knowing how many of our troops don't agree with this change.
I thought one of the reasons anyone becomes an active part of the military is to defend the rights of the citizens of their country; to serve and protect.
Yes, many homosexuals are sexual predators, but so are females, who prey upon men for security. Much like men who prey upon women; it's our natural desire to yearn for intimacy of the flesh; after all,it feels good!
However, some are arguing that it's insane to allow gays in the military because of the fact that many will begin pursuing those they have crushes on, without concerns for the right to privacy or the right to be left alone.
But the 4th Amendment of the Bill of Rights extends the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects...
Additionally, the 14th Amendment Section 1, extends the right to all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, who are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. That no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.
Therefore, depriving homosexuals the right to life and happiness is a defiance of this constitution. Moreoever, it's criminal. To advocate evil with ignorance based on a lack of clarity regarding the personal desires, identity, or needs of one person over another, is wicked and inhumane.
Luckily, we have a President today, who has demonstrated a compassionate heart for all of God's creations, without prejudice. Out of forty-two years, I have never heard any President speak so kindly and respectful for same-sex loving people, and we should thank him for that. Finally, someone has taken a stand to speak the God honest truth, and relinquish the vile wickedness this country has been forced to endure for countless years.
Unfortunately, there are only so many years in a presidential term, so our best bet is to pray that God continues shining his ever lasting light down upon the hearts of our nation leaders; and instill the same level of grace, compassion, and empathy in their hearts. Or else, everything Obama has extended unto the LGBT community will have been done in vain.

Same-Sex Love Is Beautiful!
Sadly, same-sex love generates an abundance of emotions in today’s society; from hate-to-violence, love, and romance. Moreover, same-sex love roots fear and tension. And in many instances, ignorance.
However, since 1865 when the term “homosexual” first manifested into the English speaking language, countless people have wrangled to eliminate this alliance from the face of the earth. Why? Is it because homosexuals possess the ability to interweave their creativity into a state of dominance that is unfamiliar and makes countless individuals uncomfortable?
Despairingly, the thought of two men kissing or hugging is considered an abomination to millions around the world. Yet same-sex love demonstrates a union of happiness as well as manliness. However, with the vile eruption of ridicule and ostracism surrounding this natural form of affection, many homosexuals have lost their will to feel happy about who they are.
However, the Greeks incorporated homosexuality in their culture as a “right of passage” for young boys, and many other cultures still practice this today. Yet many American’s continually rally and protest against the privacy rights of two men, who merely seek to engage in whatever activities they desire. I thought that is why the enactment of constitutional liberty was erected; to allow us the freedom to engage in activities besides physical movement.
I mean, the Supreme Court did rule that liberty means: not merely freedom from bodily restraint, but also the right of all individual’s to contract, to engage in any of the common occupations of life, to acquire useful knowledge, to marry, establish a home and bring up a child, to worship God according to their own consciousness, and generally enjoy those privileges long recognized as essential to the orderly pursuit of happiness, by all free men.
So actually how long will it be before America accepts this legal reality? On one hand we profess the importance of following the law, but on the other, we persecute those who defy it, especially when it suits our personal opinions regarding sexual orientation.
Therefore, isn’t it time we denounce our ignorance and rally for a better world that embraces everyone regardless of race, gender, educational develops, and all other issues that seem to bridge a gap between American born citizens? I mean, since many have overcome their religious intolerances and embraced other religious sects; we should be able to accept same-sex loving people, without questioning if it’s right or wrong.
After all, many things that were once wrong have become right, and things that were once right have become wrong. So it seems quite obvious to me, that in order for us to defeat other countries, we first need to learn how to relinquish our indifferences and embody a universal love that brings us all together.

Oppression Was Abolished!
What does oppression mean? The condition of being treated unjustly and living without freedom. And sadly, in the year 2011, gay's and lesbian's are still being oppressed. In fact, gay's and lesbian's are being denied the right to happiness, employment, housing, and much more; solely based on their sexual orinetation, lack of education, and financial means.
Even sadder, since filing my lawsuit against Zondervan, Thomas Nelson, and William Tyndale Publishing, for discriminating against homosexuals, I have endured ridicule on more than thirty-four million websites around the globe. Even more shattering, many of those opposing my efforts were LGBT people. However, I cannot help but question how anyone could argue against my plight,especially LGBT people.
Certainly with the increase of LGBT suicides by young gay teens, it's quite obvious discrimination against gay's and lesbian's should be addressed. Yet my efforts seem to have gone unnoticed and unappreciated by the very people I was standing up and fighting for.
Contrary to my past, I'm a citizen of the United States, and deserve the same level of equal treatment and protection under the law, as the next person.
So where is my freedom? Oh, forgive my ignorance. I forgot, I have the freedom to turn on my television and watch what I desire; at least, what is available to watch according to the dictatorship of those who control the networks. I also have the freedom to come and go from my front door. But I must be careful of being attacked by some female who believes I'm supposed to be with her, because her mother told her such fairy tales.
Excuse me for studying the law, but all of this sounds like oppression to me. And, I'm pretty sure it sounds like oppression to you.
Nevertheless, while I'm still battling to promote equality and HIV disclosure, countless homosexuals are busy enjoying their lives, getting married, and having a grand ole' time. Meanwhile, I'm feverishly trying to maintain my life against hateful ignorance and those who feel it necessary to constantly block my emails, hacking into my email accounts and change my passwords, and sabotoge ever campaign effort I'm pursuing.
Therefore, justice to me, at least here in the United States, means I should be paying for protective custody in order to gain my freedom to be who and what I am. And this too, seems like oppression. Therefore, I guess my only means of overcoming such oppression, is joining the rest of those who have submitted to such evil.
But wouldn't that be unjustly? After all, the day I confessed Christ as my Lord and Savior, was the day I was supposedly be set free from all of this wickedness in the first place. Obviosuly not.
So my question to many of you is, why must we be forced to be apart of any organization we don't desire to be a part of, in order to live our lives free from ignorance? The Declaration of Independence was signed to guarantee me and everyone else born in this country, the right to be free, the right to be safe in our person, home, and papers. It didn't include under the grounds of religion, sexual orientation, bullying, oppression, protection fees, or anything that would make our lives unbearable.
Yet, sadly, even in 2011, LGBT poeple are still being faced with hate, ridicule, threats, and so many more evils perpetrated by the very adults in charge of our legal and judicial system.
My fellow Americans, it's time we all wake up and unite against this unjust and inhumane treatment we are being subjected to. If not, we are no better off than the slaves, who were shipped over here on ships without their consent.

Defending Gay Rights in America!
In Hunter v. Erickson, 393 U.S. 385 (1969), the Supreme Court ruled that religious discrimination against one particular group would be the worse form of unconstitutional expression of religious intolerence. Therefore, discrimination on grounds of sexual preference is, in its nature, a form of religious intolerence.
Furthermore, the central principles of the Fourteenth Amendment: the nationalization of the protection of basic human rights and equal protection, must include that gays and lesbians be entitled not only to equal respect for their basic rights, but to suspect classification analysis. In fact, throughout history homosexuals have suffered indignities resting both on the abridgment of basic rights(nationally owed all persons) and on the wholly inadequate grounds of the basis which they have been unjustly treated throughout history.
So when you read such statements like [1]"homosexuals will not inherit the kingdom of God" in the Bible, one cannot help but ascertain how anyone living in the flesh could ever conceive such a thought, especially if he or she has never looked into the face of GOD. As a result, I recommend all people learn to relinquish their hate and discrimination towards same-sex loving people, and allow us the right to be happy, without the evils you have demonstrated against us since Karl Maria Benkart established the term homosexual, in 1869.
Otherwise, we all may as well be back in our worse era of existence, "human oppression and slavery."

Nothing But The Truth
Recently I read an article concerning the latest statistics on young gay teens and their senseless acts of suicide. Shockingly, the numbers are alarming. So much, it baffles me how many people today continue fighting against equality,especially Christians and other religious followers, who protest that they believe in God. Truth is, the Bible itself teaches: but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want; that there may be equality:- II Corinthians 8:14
Ironically, reading such information evoked me to recall my experiences as a young gay male, growing up in the city of Detroit. And like many teens today, I too was often taunted by my peers for being outspoken and expressive about my sexuality. In fact, I remember being chased home from school one day by a gang of boys. And the reason I remember that episode so well, is because of the words spoken from the individual who was chasing me, who said, “If I catch your punk ass, I’m going to kill you!”
Imagine the fear I felt hearing those words as I fled. I was terrified! So much, I ran so fast I don’t even remember touching the pavement. But today, I sit back and laugh when I think about it.
After all, it wasn’t his fault he felt as he did. Fact is, many in our society teach our youth that being gay or lesbian is disgraceful, sinful, and against the will of God. Yet when I read the scriptures and find verses that teach differently, I cannot fathom why anyone would willfully target gays or lesbians for being true to who they are.
And unfortunately, until we all reach that pinnacle of intelligence that prevents us from picking on those who are different, countless more teens will commit suicide. Even more unjust, is our justice system that continues portraying itself as being forth right towards equality, yet time-and-time again ignores the ignorance perpetrated through spiritually, by discerned religious teachers.
No wonder there are so many people that believe I’m wrong for standing up against this injustice, and attempting to teach the truth. After all, some neglect to accept that our legal system was established to guarantee everyone the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
But then again, so much of the ignorance we possess today concerning human sexuality, derives from ancient evils that still haunt us from the grave. However, to help combat such evil, the next time you receive an email from the Matthew Shepard Foundation requesting a small donation, think about the abuse he endured, as well as many others, who too, were merely living their lives in accordance to the laws governing our world...America was supposedly built on!
In the meantime, if gays and lesbians weren’t meant to exist, we wouldn’t. After all, God created everything there is and ever will be. As a result, we each are merely vessels of existence acting out the instructions we elect to respect and follow. Question is, which God are you listening to: the one and Almighty, loving, forgiving, and merciful God or the wicked one that strives on wickedness?

Don't Hate LGBT People, or Anyone Else for that Matter
“Again, if two lie together, they have heat: but how can one be warm alone?”- Ecclesiastes 4:11
Quite often, we are bombarded by hate and slander concerning our sexual orientation, by those who are neither gay, lesbian, transgender, or bi-sexual. But what baffles me the most is whose behind all of this wickedness?
Surely, it can’t be the Christians, because our Bible teaches us the message of love. And it certainly shouldn’t be the Muslims, because Islam is a religion of peace.
Perhaps its the foreign visitors, who are not secure in the American way; and unfamiliar with our Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence.
Sadly, we continue to be at a lost as to who it could be that continues rallying against LGBT people. But for those who are walking in accordance to the Scriptures enacted by this country’s founding fathers, the words written by Apostle Paul were given to us to help us all gain the strength and hope we need during our darkest hours. And when we abuse those words and use them to orchestrate violence against another American citizen, we are in fact rooting the very evil the God of the Holy Bible detest!
That’s why it reads: And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbor, and love no false oath: for all these things I hate, saith the Lord. - Zechariah 8:17
In addition, the Word teaches us: Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God. - Matthew 22:29
Moreover, it instills, neither shall they say, Lo here! Or, Lo there! For, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. – Luke 17:21
Therefore, Jesus answered them and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me, If any man shall do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God of whether I speak of myself. –John 7:16 & 17
In closing, If any man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen? – I John 4:20
Fellow Americans, the scriptures are an excellent catalyst to help us stamp out evil; perhaps that’s why it reads:
Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man’s conscience? - I Corinthians 10: 29
…but by an equality, that now at this time your abundance may be a supply for their want, that their abundance also may be a supply for your want; that there may be equality. – 2 Corinthians 8:14
People, learn the words and learn them well… Like President Barack Obama states in his speech below...It Gets Better!
Know the Truth Before You Utter One Word
The latest uprise surrounding the homosexual agenda represents a country torn in half by ignorance. Ignorance of those who willfully have neglected to take an active role in the education system that teaches the history of virtually every subject known to human kind; particulary human sexuality. Even more disturbing are the comments being spoken by religious followers, who continue stating that God destroyed the world because of same-sex relations.
First of all, in the story of Sodom and Gommorah found in Genesis 18, if you read it thoroughly it states, that God informed the angels that he wouldn't destroy the whole city if there were thirty righteous people in it. Furthermore, the story explains that the angels asked if he would destroy the city because of ten righteous, and God supposedly replied, "Preadventure there shall be thirty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it, if I find thirty there." Genesis 18:30
Secondly, the scriptures also teach us that, (as it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord:) Luke 2: 23
Next, you learn in Romans 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
Also, in Romans 8: 7 & 8 it reads: Beacsue the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
But more importantly, in Romans 3: 20 it teaches us, Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. Then, verse twenty-eight teaches us: Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
This is why I find it so odd that anyone would try and say that being a homosexual is against the will of God. When in fact, in Romans One: 28 it teaches us: And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness, full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whispers, backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worth of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.- Romans 1:28-32 & Romans 2:1
